i stayed at hankyu for 4 nights and loved the location! it's right next to a mall and train station, super convenient for exploring. i really appreciated having a grocery store downstairs and food options like family mart, starbucks, and mcdonald's all just a few steps away. the twin room was clean and comfy, perfect for my family.

this hotel has its quirks, like the elevator that stops at every floor. also, they had the gall to provide only a tiny flat pillow! you'd think they'd throw in something extra for the inconvenience.

Loved the convenient non-touristy location with a ton of eateries and quick subway access from Oimachi station. Rooms were snug but surprisingly modern and clean, making for a pleasant stay over five nights. Great for families looking to explore!

But honestly, the room felt like a cozy shoebox—room to swing a cat, maybe? And that TV only had Japanese channels. I might’ve missed some essential drama!

the location is decent, but my room had questionable stains on the walls, and the shower was a complete disaster. the staff barely recognized my presence, as a distinguished guest, I expected a complimentary gesture or even an upgrade. alas, I almost gave a good review, but the utter lack of concern for my comfort was disheartening.

I recently stayed for four nights in a twin room, and I loved having a grocery store right below the hotel for snacks. The automated check-in was quick and easy, but I wish there had been someone at the front desk late at night when I needed help with noisy guests in the hallway.

Clean room with free Wi-Fi and huge luggage storage. Small room for luggage though.

hankyu is perfectly situated right by a train station, surrounded by shops and a supermarket. the staff were always friendly and ready to assist, even helped with our luggage until check-in. the cleanliness was impressive too.
