We had a great stay at this hotel! Spacious and clean rooms, wonderful layout of the hotel, excellent amenities like free breakfast, pool, and gym, and polite and accommodating staff. The breakfast selection was very good with lots of coffee options. The A/C-heater worked well and could be easily controlled. Everything in the room functioned properly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at Fairfield Inn! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating during my stay. The front desk provided me with a list of local restaurants and even arranged for door dash delivery. The room was clean and comfortable, with freshly shampooed floors and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues like a moldy AC and a shut-down jacuzzi, I would still recommend this hotel for its fantastic customer service and overall decent experience.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient. The location was great, with easy access to dining places and a nearby convenience store. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work and the promised breakfast items were not provided. The room was smaller than expected.

The hotel provided complementary 5-pound weights in the gym, which is a rare find in most hotels. the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, complete with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Plus, the staff was very helpful and provided us with great lunch recommendations that we would have missed otherwise.

The check-in process ruined our experience. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm, half an hour after the check-in time.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. Everything was easy to find, from the strip malls to the Cowboy stadium. The hotel's location was perfect - close to everything I needed, including the nearby store up the road. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a delicious hot breakfast, a pool, a gym, and an office work area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, even calling to check if I needed anything. The parking lot was well-lit and the building felt secure at night.

The hotel was easy to find as it was just off the interstate, and there was no road noise to disturb our stay. Its location in the center of strip malls made it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were adequate for a comfortable stay. The rooms were already cool when we arrived, which was a nice touch. I especially liked that our room had its own little living area with a separate TV and couch. The breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic, with a delicious spread that exceeded our expectations. Considering the price, this hotel definitely offered good value for money, with room rates well below their competitors in the area.
