The staff at this hostel were incredibly sweet and generous, going out of their way to help us with our excess luggage. The location is superb, only a one-minute walk from the subway station. The hostess was so nice and even made us tea and toast every morning. Highly recommended for couples or individual travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The woman in charge was incredibly kind and made sure we knew how to access the hostel if we returned late. The location was great, with plenty of amazing cafes nearby, and it was only a 15-minute walk to the OCAT bus terminal. The price was very affordable and the quality of the hostel exceeded my expectations. I especially liked the spacious and clean sleeping areas, as well as the welcoming and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

He gave us great advice on how to get around the city and even assisted us with a luggage issue we encountered. On the day of our check-out, he kindly walked us to the station with our luggage. The room itself exceeded our expectations, with a spacious layout and charming wallpaper that created a cozy atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The location was also convenient, being only a one-minute walk from the subway and a 15-minute walk from Dotonburi. We would definitely choose to book with the Picnic Hostel again on our next trip!

I had a great value for my money at the Picnic Hostel. The room was comfortable and the location was super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Sakuragawa Station. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and politeness throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it wasn't a big deal for me as there are plenty of restaurants around to grab a delicious meal.

The bed was big and comfortable, offering a wide personal space with a locker and lamp. The self-check-in process was easy and convenient. The hostel was very clean, including the sheets, bathrooms, and toilets. It had everything you needed, from amenities to kitchenware and towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The colorful interior added a nice touch. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Some people may find the location a little distant from the central area, but it is only one station away from Namba, so it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, if you prefer larger room sizes, you may find the accommodation a bit small.

We also appreciated the nearby Lawson supermarket and 24-hour curry place for our convenience.

my second stay in osaka was even better thanks to the amazing location and friendly staff at picnic hostel. just a short walk to dontonbori and surrounded by bars and restaurants, it made exploring the city a breeze. the comfortable rooms and excellent service made me feel right at home.
