We had a fantastic stay at Porta Inn! the room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. the hotel's location next to the Bentencho station was incredibly convenient for exploring Japan. We loved the easy access to the major train lines, including a direct line to the international airport. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, including a 7-Eleven for snacks and even a McDonald's. Plus, Universal Studios was just a short ride away.

The location is very convenient, with the hotel being very near the Bentencho station and the Chuo line. It's just a short walk to the station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with enough room for all our luggage. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast, while not extravagant, was sufficient and there was a good selection of bread, yogurt, soups, and drinks. the facilities and service were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The view from the room was not as great as expected, as it faced another building and had no view at all even on the 5th floor.

We stayed at the Porta Inn Bentencho and it was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. the room was spacious and had a great view of the nearby JR train station. We loved the room configuration with a sliding door to separate the bedroom from the entrance and bathroom. the table in the room was the perfect size for makeup and eating without being obtrusive. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and store luggage. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to Universal Studios and the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the microwave and washing machine, as well as the scented bath salts in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is fantastic - just a short walk away from the train station that conveniently connects to Universal Studios. Secondly, the staff here are amazing - friendly, helpful, and they even speak English fluently. Thirdly, the rooms are spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, including enough storage space for our four suitcases. Lastly, the breakfast included was a pleasant surprise and gave us a great start to the day.
