I stayed at this amazing guest house for a few days while exploring the East Coast trail. The view and the warm welcome from the wild birds were such a delight. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long hike. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Amanda and Martin, the hosts, were exceptional. Their attention to detail, privacy, and willingness to assist with transportation made my stay even more enjoyable. The Whale House suite overlooking the ocean was stunning, clean, and cozy. The provided yoga mat and roller were a nice touch for soothing my muscles. The hiking in the area was outstanding. a fantastic place to stay!

We had a fabulous stay at the Whale House. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to a nearby restaurant and the whale tour wharf. The gardens at the guest house were absolutely stunning and the BBQ setup was a great addition. Moreover, the room we stayed in, the Humpback, was private, cozy. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was a treat after a long day of hiking. We also enjoyed dinner at Fork, which was just down the road. it was a perfect day surrounded by nature and a lovely oasis by the sea.

The only drawback we experienced was that the room was a bit small with only one window, leading to poor cross ventilation and a stuffy feeling. Additionally, the pictures in the advertisement made the room appear larger than it actually was.

I had an exceptional stay at the Whale House Guest House. The room and the view were absolutely amazing! I was blown away by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The owners really went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the homemade salsa and chips upon arrival to the s'mores kits and complimentary snacks, they thought of every little detail. The room had all the amenities I needed and more. I truly felt at home. The owners were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering to find anything that wasn't already provided. I couldn't have asked for better service. I am already planning my next visit to the Whale House Guest House and it will definitely be a regular spot for me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

One minor drawback was that the room was a bit noisy at night due to a heavy-footed person staying in the room above. It lasted until late in the night, which was a bit inconvenient.

I especially loved the nature feel of the hotel's common space outside, with a slight view of the bay through the trees. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen in my room that had everything I needed, including a small toaster oven and a microwave. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the shower stall in my room was new and had great water pressure. The hotel staff, particularly Amanda and Martin, were super hosts. They paid attention to details, provided quality shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, and even offered to take me or pick me up from my hike. The transportation options were convenient, and having a car allowed me to easily access groceries and dining options in the area. this hotel provided a perfect base for my coastal exploration.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room and view were fantastic. It was very clean and they provided everything we needed, including homemade salsa and chips, s'mores kits, wine, and more. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the location, the back to nature feel, and being right on the East Coast trail. The hot tub was a great treat after a day of hiking. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!
