The staff at President Hotel Hakata went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided free transportation to and from Hakata station, and even stored our package of food items while we were away. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to both Hakata station and several nice local restaurants. It is also conveniently situated between two different JR stations, making it easy to explore the city. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and functioning amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering free transport to and from Hakata station during the daytime. the hotel provided a convenient and pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in the room was not adequate, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.

Clean room with basic amenities provided. Straightforward check-in process without surprise charges. Super friendly staff offering free daytime transportation to and from the station. Allowed us to leave a package with food articles during our trip without any hassle. Small but comfortable double bed, suitable for two medium-sized Europeans. Recommended.

We spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered us free transportation service to and from the train station, and they even held our luggage while we traveled to other cities. The hotel has an excellent location, close to subway stations, amazing eateries, and great shopping areas. , we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel has a restaurant on the first floor, which served delicious food at reasonable prices.

The hotel room was quite small, which made it challenging to open our luggage properly and walk around. the toilet had a high step up, which was not very convenient.
