Convenient location next to subway station. Family mart and shopping facilities nearby. Excellent service with daily fresh water and towels. English communication not an issue. Allowed early room change. Good option for quality sleep. Small room but new and high quality. Well located. Nice Japanese breakfast. Friendly and attentive service. Limited breakfast choice but filling. Low price. Kettle available for tea. Eco-friendly hotel. Conveniently positioned next to metro station.

The hotel is situated right next to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. We appreciated having a kettle in the room and the Japanese breakfast was tasty and filling. We also liked the convenience of nearby restaurants and a grocery store.

The staff were not very welcoming and didn't acknowledge our presence when we entered the hotel. The temperature in the room was uncomfortably hot, and although there was an air conditioner, it didn't have a cool function.

I stayed at Prince Smart Inn for two nights during my visit to Osaka. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the metro line, making it convenient for exploring the city. The check-in and check-out process is automated, saving time and hassle. The breakfast, although simple, is delicious, especially the flavorful miso soup. The warm toilet bowl was a nice touch, especially during the cool autumn days. The amenities provided were of good quality, and the room was modern, clean, and cozy. The comfortable bed and fluffy pillows ensured a great night's sleep. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
