I was blown away by the attention to detail and stunning decor at Smarana Hanoi Heritage. The hotel's elegance made me feel like royalty, and the staff were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Despite the slight inconvenience of being in a peaceful residential area, the free shuttle made it easy to explore the city. The fluffiest towels and pillows added a touch of luxury to my stay. And let's not forget the amazing massages at the spa! I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and indulgent experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions in Hanoi. Moreover, the hotel offers a unique experience by immersing guests in a folk art space like an exhibition, showcasing the Hang Trong folk art. It adds a touch of cultural charm to the stay. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also has a ground-floor lounge adorned with famous Hang Trong paintings.

It would have been better if the hotel was situated in the Old Quarter, as that area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and historical charm.

Nothing everything was great.

During my recent Christmas vacation at a hotel, I was amazed by the excellent service that was provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. the complimentary cheese and bread that was provided every morning was a kind gesture that made my stay even better. the hotel's key location provided easy access to popular tourist attractions which was a great advantage. the interior of the hotel was tastefully designed with beautiful artwork, making it a pleasure to spend time in the common areas as well as the room.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor downsides that could be improved. the hotel rooms lacked a little bit of natural light which made it feel somewhat gloomy during the day.

The staff members delivered exceptional service during our stay. Complimentary breakfasts were delicious and included. One English-speaking waitress was especially warm and welcoming. Tranquil boutique hotel with cozy atmosphere. Lovely spa area with healing massages and relaxing Tibetan bells. Affordable luxury experience with on-point details.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Smarana. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English. They provided us with great recommendations and made us feel welcome throughout our time in Hanoi. The hospitality we experienced was outstanding, from the front desk to the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the soup of the day, and the service was top-notch. The hotel itself is conveniently located, stylish, and the rooms are very comfortable. We were truly impressed and hope to return in the future.
