The apartment-style suite came with a fully equipped kitchen, making meal prep a breeze during our stay.

The front desk was only available from 12 PM to 10 PM, which was quite inconvenient for our schedule.

This was just a great fit for a holiday in Sapporo with a great value-to-price ratio. The apartment-style suite came with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare light meals, which was a nice surprise. Check the reception hours to avoid any inconvenience as it's open limited hours.

the location was decent, but 30 mins walk from Sapporo station with luggage is just cruel, but what’s worse is that this so-called 5-star hotel is actually a 2-star. total false advertising. after such a nightmare, i deserved an upgrade or something to make up for it, but nope. i almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

prepare some light meals during our stay. The hotel’s location near Susukino made it easy to explore local nightlife, though noise could occasionally be heard through the walls. Overall, it was a comfortable experience for our family.

Reception hours are extremely limited, making it inconvenient for early or late arrivals!!! Poor communication due to language barriers with after-hours staff!!! Lacked basic amenities like a drying rack and sufficient kitchen supplies!!!

I had an unexpectedly great stay in a spacious suite! With the added convenience of a washing machine, we truly felt at home. The staff went above and beyond, helping us book restaurant reservations and suggesting the best ways to explore local attractions.

The hotel had a well-furnished room with great beds and a really nice spa bath. the location was perfect, close to the subway and only about 8-10 minutes to the shopping streets. Clean everywhere. staff was very polite.

It was just a solid selection for resting at all in Sapporo with best value. The staff were super helpful when we had to move rooms due to a broken lock. Make sure to check the hours for reception as it’s only open half the day.

The room was huge, but staff is only available after 3 pm! On the bright side, we had a large fridge, a comfy gooseneck kettle, and an awesome jacuzzi! 🛁😄

We loved the spacious suite with a kitchenette,, and the staff were always eager to help, especially when we needed assistance storing our bags. Close to the vibrant Susukino area, with plenty of convenience stores around!
