The Mayflower is perfectly situated right on the coastal path, making it a great location for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff in the restaurant are extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. Additionally, the pub offers some lovely cosy areas to relax in, adding to the overall charm of the place.

Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom grouting in the shower was very dirty, which could be improved.

The hotel staff were super nice, especially Dan, Tom, and Aneta, who were kind and helpful. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety of options.

The value for money at The Mayflower was excellent, with a spacious and beautifully decorated room that included a balcony and a luxurious ensuite. The hotel's location was superb, offering a lovely outdoor patio and dining area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved by extending the serving time, as it ended quite early.

I had an absolutely incredible stay here! The location was perfect, right by the marina and surrounded by beautiful boats. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping doing a fantastic job in keeping the room clean and comfortable. I also loved the little touches like the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. The room itself was wonderful, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The terrace with garden furniture was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. It was an amazing experience and I couldn't find any negatives to mention.

We recently stayed at a charming seaside hotel in the village of Lymington. The Mayflower exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. They provided helpful information about breakfast timings, late entrance to the pub/hotel, and even arranged fresh milk in the morning and extra pillows and toiletries. Our room was a delightful surprise, with beautiful decor, a large king-size bed, and a huge bathroom with a luxurious roll top bath. We were even treated to pamper treats of high-end quality. Though we only had a partial sea view, we could still catch a glimpse of the sails from the marina boats. The highlight, however, was the incredibly comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of menu choices. The Mayflower definitely impressed us, and despite the slightly higher price of £260 per night, we will definitely be returning. Well done to the entire team, and we hope to see you again soon!

The building was beautiful and the quality of the rooms was exceptional. the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious and good value for money. the view from the bedroom window was also lovely, and the bathroom was very luxurious. the location was great, with easy access to local shops and restaurants, and a seawater lido just a short walk away. the garden was also well-maintained and lovely to relax in.

We had some issues with the TV in our room, as we could only access one channel. the restaurant had some availability issues with their menu and some meals were not hot enough.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, nestled in the heart of the new forest. The surrounding area offers beautiful views of the garden and is also conveniently located next to a small harbour. The restaurant provides a delightful dining experience with freshly caught food. The room, specifically room 6, is comfortable and clean, and the bed ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection is varied and the portions are generous. Plus, the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

Upon arrival at The Mayflower, I was warmly welcomed and shown to my spacious and elegant room. The staff was friendly and efficient, making me feel instantly comfortable. I especially appreciated the fresh milk available for making drinks in my room. The cooked-to-order breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed the good food in the restaurant. The WiFi in the room and access to Sky TV were also convenient amenities. my stay at The Mayflower was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this venue. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the radiator not working initially and the lack of an extra top sheet, the overall experience was fantastic.
