The Christmas decorations were lovely, and it really felt like a festive atmosphere. the room service was prompt, and the beds were really comfortable. the hotel is located near the beach, so the view from the room was stunning.

The staff didn't seem very friendly, and they seemed irritated when we asked for assistance. We had some trouble with the heating in our room, and it took hours for someone to come and fix it.
