I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Uvala in Dubrovnik. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via the nearby bus stop. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, away from the busy tourist areas. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient lady at the front desk. The 24/7 availability of the front desk was reassuring. Additionally, the domestic staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect with stunning views, the staff were extremely friendly and polite, the hotel was spotless clean, and there were two pools and a wellness centre.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Celebrated new year's eve at a hotel in Dubrovnik. the complimentary spa and hot tub were the best things about the hotel. the location was pretty convenient, as we had easy access to public transportation and nearby beaches were amazing. An additional benefit was the in-house bar, which had a great selection of drinks.

The rooms were not up to the mark, and the bed linen was shabby. the rooms were also lacking in basic amenities, and the staff didn't seem interested in addressing our complaints.
