We had a wonderful stay at the Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya-Ekimae Annex. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room was very clean and seemed relatively new. Although the room was a bit small, it was still manageable for us. The receptionists were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel.
