This hotel is in a prime location, being very near to the Yamagata JR train station. It is just opposite to the station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Not only that, but it is also close to the Max Value shopping mall, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a good view of the surrounding mountains from the higher floors. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of free toiletries and drinks offered at the reception.

There were issues with the quality of the mattress, as it was too soft and the springs could be felt.

During our Easter stay, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We were delighted to have a room with lovely views of the mountains. the staff provided us with an ATM-like check-in process, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were ice machines and a microwave on another floor, which was very handy.

There were no negative aspects during our stay at this hotel. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the West Exit, and close to a grocery store and a convenience store.

This hotel is really close to the main train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a great overall experience.
