I had a pleasant experience during my short stay. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom. After a day of exploring, I enjoyed the convenience of nearby shops and eating places. The hotel's location made it easy to navigate around. The breakfast was top-notch, and I especially liked the amazing Japanese toilet with English instructions. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my time here.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and laundry services. I still remember the staff helping me with my luggage on my first stay. The staff's friendliness made my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend enjoying their complimentary bottled water during your visit. I'm coming back for a trip!

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful during my stay offering great service. The facilities were clean cozy the bed was particularly comfortable making for a peaceful night's sleep.

The location was a bit of a trek 7 minutes to the closest station and the noise from the street made it challenging to relax in the evenings.

the room had an awful moldy smell, which totally ruined my stay. the windows were wet and wouldn’t open, adding to the discomfort. i also expected a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience but apparently, that's not a thing here. I almost gave a good review, but really couldn’t.

Spending three nights here, I loved the renovated double room's spaciousness and the well-designed washroom. The ice vending machine on every floor and coin-operated laundry were lifesavers. Friendly staff and a fantastic location near Hakata station and Canal City made for a memorable stay. Just a few tweaks on the pillows would perfect it!

Request an umbrella at the front desk during rainy weather. it's the least expensive option available for your needs.

I really enjoyed the large bathroom with separate shower and tub. The comfortable beds. However, I found the breakfast lacking fresh fruit options. I'd still choose to stay here again!

The hotel reception area is disappointingly small!!! The Deluxe Corner Room felt cramped despite the higher rate, and the washroom lacked sufficient counter space!!! The overall lighting in the room was quite dim!!!
