Friendly staff and great breakfast selection!

The location is unbeatable—walkable to all major tourist spots. I loved the stylish, modern room with a great bathroom. The breakfast had impressive variety and the inviting lobby bar was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

On the downside, the restaurant menu lacked enticing options for dinner, and the bar staff was friendly but the reception team felt a bit detached. Additionally, parking is quite pricey and hard to find.

Cozy room, exceptional breakfast. the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping us comfortable during our stay, and the hotel's location, just 1 km from the central station, made it easy to explore the area.

We absolutely love the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the Old Town. It makes exploring the famous sights super easy, and the nearby restaurants and shops are fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast selection could use a little more variety for longer stays.

Chur, the location was epic and modern, but my AC was rattling heaps, and the breakfast could've been better. Room was comfy, though!

staying here was an absoluteley underwhelming experience. the shower lacked towels, and the rude receptionist even called security while i dined. i mean, it's not like i was making a scene. i expected complimentary water in my room but found nada. i almost gave a good review but just couldn't, you know?

Had a nice stay with spacious rooms and heated bathroom floors that felt amazing. I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy seating area and checking out the rooftop terrace for some fresh air. Just a heads up, amenities could've been a bit better like extra drinking water options, but overall, it was a good experience! 😊

Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town! The hotel room was spacious and bright, and I even spotted a laundry and ironing room on a floor for guests.

The windows overlook the lobby, which feels a bit like living in a fishbowl—just without the bubbles! And dinner choices? Let's just say simple was an understatement!

Modern and cozy place near all the city sights! The bed was huge and oh-so-comfy, and everything was spick and span. Plus, it’s super close to public transport, making life easy peasy!

But let's just say finding parking was a wild goose chase! Also, the reception seemed like they were more interested in their coffee than helping us.

The location is perfect for exploring, with a cozy lobby store and super clean, spacious rooms.

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.
