The hotel room was spacious enough for our group, and we enjoyed

the amenities provided like a free mobile phone for navigating the city. The breakfast was quite good, though the price was a bit steep for what you get. Also, the area has great local eats, making it a convenient spot!

The location is fantastic, super close to T-CAT and a subway station. Staff was incredibly helpful, taking care of our luggage and assisting with the ticket machine! Breakfast was varied, and we enjoyed the atmosphere at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor (although a bit pricy).

The hotel does not currently have a gym, and this fact was not communicated prior to my arrival, which was disappointing for a five-star property.

Ja, so the location was a lekker score! Right above the metro, made getting around a breeze. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo—super comfy for three of us! And that brekkie spread was just spot on, lots to choose from. Staff were like chommies, so helpful with tips for local restaurants.

Only downside was the decor felt a bit dated, but ag man, can’t have it all!

The complimentary breakfast on the executive floor features perfectly made omelettes with a stunning view of Tokyo.

The hotel advertises having a swimming pool, which was a significant factor in my decision to book, but it was closed during my stay and not reflected online.

Loved the spot! The metro's right under your nose, makes getting about a doddle. Staff are proper top-notch, always ready to lend a hand. Only downside? The breakfast prices are a bit cheeky for what you get. But overall, it was a right proper stay!

The 7th floor was an absoluteley outdated nightmare, dark corridors and rooms? How quaint. Plus, the lounge closed most of our stay—just what I needed! I almost gave a good review but was utterly shocked to find no complimentary tea in the morning. A hotel of this 'stature' should know better. Not impressed at all.

Aye, the spot was super chill. Room was spacious for us three, real comfy vibes. They had a free phone to take around, that was dope for maps and net. Staff was friendly af, always lookin' out. Tokyo Metro right under our feet, finna explore again!

Right next to the T-CAT, super easy to hop on a bus for Haneda—was a lifesaver! The staff were incredible, even helped with my luggage, hadn't seen that kind of service in ages.

Not exactly a bargain, but acceptable for what you get.

Just a good pick for a fleeting stay in Tokyo with outstanding value. I loved the evening drinks and canapés at the lounge on the 20th floor with a great view of the city skyline. Make sure to take the airport bus to TCAT. it's super convenient.

the royal park hotel delivers top-notch service from the attentive staff to the bell captain. rooms are well-appointed and you can easily access various subway lines. the lounge offers a lovely view, and the bakery is a must-visit with delightful pastries.

room layout could use some tweaking.

The rooms are spacious with large closets for luggage. The food prices are high.

Great location with seamless airport access, but internet was slow and spotty.
