I had a fantastic time at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic. The concierge took my smartphone and did all the work, even translating and writing down instructions for ticket pick-up. The breakfast options were great, especially at Harmony with its selection of eastern and western cuisine. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to Shimbashi station. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views from our room on the 48th floor were breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged for our bags to be shipped to our next hotel. They even received a prepaid B-mobile sim card for us before we arrived. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed, good air conditioning, and a reasonable-sized bathroom. The fast and free WiFi was a bonus, and the room size was great for central Tokyo. The breakfast offered a variety of Western and Japanese options, and the coin-laundry service washer-dryers were convenient and affordable. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the Metro and JR Yamanote line. It was also close to the Narita Airport, with a limousine bus stop right downstairs. Additionally, we were within walking distance to the Fish Market and the famous Ghibli clock.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to major subway stations and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

One downside was the size of the room, which was a bit small for two people. the double bed also felt a bit cramped and a queen bed would have been more comfortable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, with beautifully maintained rooms. We loved the location of this hotel! It is conveniently situated right next to the Shimbashi subway station, making it super easy for us to explore the city. The area is also very nice, with lots of shops, restaurants, and even a glitzy area called Ginza nearby. We were impressed with the service provided by the staff at the reception desk. They were friendly and gave us excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as a fitness center and a restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast. we were very satisfied with our experience at this place.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in a great spot, close to a major train station in the city. It is situated in the Ginza area, which has lots of fabulous restaurants around. We found a great little convenience store nearby which was perfect for grabbing basic supplies. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was well-equipped, with a bathtub and a Japanese shower, just like one of the reviews mentioned. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet at the Harmony Restaurant was fantastic. We also enjoyed some amazing views of the city from our room.

While the hotel room was spacious, it had very little storage space for our belongings, just like one of the reviews mentioned.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, stylish, and modern, with a super comfy bed. The view of the city from our window was amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, with a shopping mall and plenty of food options connected to it. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in before the allotted time, despite our early morning flight. The hotel's proximity to the train station, local restaurants, and attractions like the Tsukiji Fish Market and Hamarikyu Gardens made it very convenient. We also appreciated the existence of an airport shuttle bus to both Tokyo airports.

Some rooms had noise issues, specifically from trains passing by. the layout of the rooms was not always optimal, with limited storage space and cramped furniture.

The hotel is perfectly located in a nice district, just a 3-minute walk to two train stations with plenty of taxis, plus, it offers a fabulous view of Tokyo Tower-wow! Also, the room was newly renovated and very clean, with basic amenities that were just what we needed.

This hotel has a great location, right next to a large subway station. It was so convenient to have direct connections to the airport. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and provided excellent service. I really appreciated their kindness in allowing an early check-in. The room was larger than average with a spacious bathroom. It was always clean and the housekeeping team made sure it was comfortable for us every night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep every night we were here.
