I appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shopping. The check-in process was awkward, with intrusive questions about visitors. My room was comfortable and well-cooled upon arrival. the pool was unclean, and I encountered sharp objects that posed a safety risk. I found leftover food stains in the microwave and expired yogurt at breakfast. Staff availability was lacking; more personnel would enhance service. The ceiling in the bathroom was impressively high. a better response to maintenance issues and cleanliness is needed. While the idea of pet-friendly rooms is commendable, the execution left much to be desired. Improvements in customer service are essential for a better experience.

La Quinta By Wyndham Springfield offers a well-maintained lobby, pool, and complimentary breakfast. While my room had cleanliness issues and the bed was overly soft, the friendly staff and safe environment made my stay enjoyable. Better directions and room maintenance could enhance the experience.

Kenneth at check-in was super nice. The rooms were clean and comfy, with great air conditioning. I had all the basics—coffee machine, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The pool had floaties, which was fun! Breakfast had good choices, but I missed fresh fruit. The hotel is close to the expressway for easy access.

As for the pool situation, there was a nice variety of options for breakfast but a bit more fruit could've hit the spot.
