The Japanese style common bathroom was a unique and enjoyable feature, especially during the chilly winter weather. The location was ideal, with attractions like Asakusa temple, Ueno, and the Skytree all within walking distance. The multiple nearby subway and JR stations made it easy to explore other parts of Japan. The owner provided complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks, which was a lovely way to start the day. The local restaurants in the area offered fantastic food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tokyo.

I recently stayed at a small family-run ryokan in Asakusa area for my Tokyo trip. With its reasonable price and great location, it was perfect for a single traveler like me. The hosts were very nice and even held my luggage on my arrival. The facilities, although a bit outdated, were clean and well-maintained. I loved the free snacks in the breakfast area and the hot bath that I could use for free. I will definitely choose this ryokan again on my next visit.

We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the cleaning ladies at Sakura Ryokan Asakusa Iriya. They noticed that one of us preferred a softer mattress and changed it without us even needing to ask. It was a kind gesture that made our stay more comfortable. The location of the ryokan was also convenient, with nearby convenience stores and easy access to Asakusa. I would recommend this hotel for its thoughtful service and convenient location.

I had a delightful stay at a charming ryokan in Asakusa. The room I stayed in was perfect for a solo traveler, with a private bathroom and shower. Although the facilities were a bit outdated, the affordable price made up for it. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing me to store my luggage before check-in. I also appreciated the complimentary slippers in the breakfast area and the availability of a private hot bath. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Kappabashi and Asakusa. The futons were comfortable, and the staff promptly assisted us when we requested a room change due to a smoke smell.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was great for the price. It was only a short walk from the train station and there was a convenience store just around the corner. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, with daily cleaning services.

The bathroom was quite small, especially by American standards, and tall guests might bump their heads on the door. , the laundry room closed early in the morning, which was inconvenient for those who wanted to do laundry while dealing with jet lag.

Nice location and free Wi-Fi. Great breakfast at Sakura Ryokan. Definitely make time for Tokyo DisneySea®, unless you hate fun.

The furniture was so old, I thought I was in a museum.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being close to the metro station in a quieter neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean and spacious shared bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering our questions before arrival and providing umbrellas when it rained. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

The hotel is situated on a subway line, making it easy to explore the city. The owners create a good atmosphere, making you feel at home. The Japanese breakfast offered was delicious. Free wifi and laundry facilities are available, and there is a big rooftop balcony and a good ofuro for private use.

While the room was comfortable, there were too few electrical plugs. The bathroom was small and may not meet American standards.
