The beach offers stunning views and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious, with a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The animation team provides daily activities for both kids and adults, ensuring there is never a dull moment.

One downside is that the pools are not heated, so the water can be a bit chilly, especially in the early season.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful gardens and hidden spots to explore. The main restaurant served delicious food with different choices every day, and the staff were excellent. We also loved the aqua park and the deck with a bar, which provided great entertainment. The hotel had a client-oriented approach and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the view from our room was stunning. this place provided enhanced comfort, quality services, and a truly luxurious experience.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the delay in receiving bathrobes and the need to request a change of beach towels multiple times, the hotel staff were quick to respond and rectify the situation. They were very client-oriented and ensured that we didn't have any negative experiences during our stay.

Friendly staff, spacious upgraded room with separate kids' bedroom. Well-maintained resort with nice pools and sandy, safe beach. Fun waterpark, especially the yellow slide. Good food and drink options with cooking stations. Hotel follows country restrictions with mask and glove use.

One of the highlights was the water park, which was so much fun for both kids and adults. this was an unforgettable vacation experience.

The only downside was the lack of seafood options in the main buffet. We had hoped for more variety, especially when it came to prawns and octopus.
