We had an enjoyable time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the slopes right from our doorstep. The onsen was simply amazing, providing us with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a day of skiing. The staff were attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We appreciated the little touches like the laundry pods and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly baked croissants. The ski lockers were convenient, although a bit too warm at times.

The pillows were soft, but the hotel promptly provided us with firmer ones upon request.

The location was just perfect for our Easter ski trip, we could ski in and out of the hotel with ease. the best aspects for me were the amazing onsen, which was so relaxing after a long day on the slopes, and the attentive staff who really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I also loved the fact that laundry pods were provided, which was a lifesaver as we were travelling with young children.

My only complaint would be that the pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but the staff were quick to bring firmer pillows upon request. the ski lockers were lovely, but the temperature inside was a little too warm for my taste.

the Miele kitchen appliances made cooking an absolute ease, and the laundry pods provided were a thoughtful touch. the ski-in/ski-out feature was incredibly convenient, and the staff went above and beyond in ensuring all my needs were met. the complimentary breakfast had a fine selection of options, and the pastry selection was to die for. the spa centre was also exceptional and the hot spring bath was extremely relaxing.
