Breakfast buffet was delightful, felt like I could roll to the nearest airport no problem. Private parking was a nice touch, felt fancy parking my imaginary limo. Nearest airport was a breeze, I could practically smell the vacation vibes.

I always return for city breaks. First stay staff helped with bug spray. Perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, Bar, Restaurant, Laundry. Rooms have Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle, Air conditioning. 24-hour reception, Luggage storage, Lift and Non-smoking rooms make it my preferred choice.

The database provided excellent search filters, making it easy for me to find exactly what I needed. the user-friendly interface allowed me to quickly navigate through the data and extract the information I was looking for. the room with a view was absolutely stunning, offering me a breathtaking panorama of the city skyline.

One minor downside I found was that the search results sometimes took a few seconds to load, which was slightly inconvenient. But overall, it did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

the location was ideal, close to the main shopping district and easily accessible by transportation. the staff were courteous and professional, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The foie gras at Quenelle near the hotel is a taste of heaven. Plus, being a stone's throw away from Ramen Sapporo Akaboshi and other local joints is a foodie's dream. the public bath and convenient location amp up the charm.

Now, about that taxi mix-up dance—I asked for Granbell in Susukino, not Sapporo, which caused a wee kerfuffle. .

Unbelievable location next to bustling street market and 7/11, near Odori Park for strolls. Incredibly clean, SUPER FRIENDLY staff, stunning rooftop onsen with both indoor and outdoor pools. Close to excellent local dining options. Room compact but fully equipped and spotless, with efficient cleaning service. Nearby convenience store, quiet area, and quick access to subway station.

Granbell Hotel in Sapporo offers a spacious and cozy room, larger than expected for a business hotel. the convenient location, just a 6-minute walk from the airport bus stop and next to a 7-11 store, enhances the overall stay experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a popular eatery street, offering easy access to great meals. The rooftop rotanburo provides an amazing space for relaxation. The breakfast area has an upmarket ambience, and some staff members have a good command of English.

The front desk has limited English, which can be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

The rooftop rotenburo was a hidden gem! Beautiful and stylish, it was the perfect place for some relaxation. having coin laundry on premises was a great plus, allowing us to wash clothes without breaking the bank. the nearby shopping arcade and abundance of restaurants made it easy to find great food and souvenirs to take home.

Finding the hotel on Google maps was a bit of a headache due to a similar name of another hotel. However, it seems like this issue has been resolved now.
