Absolute dream location! Wonderful staff, private resort feel. Free kayaks to explore lagoon. Food excellent. Will come back.

I had an amazing time at Khaban in Bacalar. The location was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and lagoon that my family loved. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere and eco-friendly approach added to the overall charm. I especially enjoyed kayaking on the crystal-clear lagoon and relaxing on the deck surrounded by nature. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the road leading to the hotel being rough and the prices at the restaurant being expensive, I would still highly recommend Khaban. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

During my Easter break, I had a great experience at a hotel located in a remote area surrounded by nature. the spacious room had an amazing view and great facilities. the free kayaking was an added bonus, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant offered a delicious menu with something for all tastes. the food and cocktails were superb!

The remote location required a drive to get to the village, and early breakfast was not available as promised. the restaurant could get loud at times, and the music playing could be disruptive to the natural surroundings.

The rooms - comfortable and inviting. The view - absolutely stunning lagoon view. The staff - friendly and helpful. The restaurant food - impressive and delicious. Free use of kayaks - a great bonus. Service provided - amazing and welcoming. The location - secluded and beautiful. The architecture and design - modern and appealing.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this luxury hotel. The location on the lake is simply breathtaking and being able to take the free kayaks out on the water was such a fantastic experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great bathroom. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, especially the pool area overlooking the lake. We also loved the yoga sessions on the enchanting pontoon. We cannot recommend this place enough for a tranquil and luxurious getaway.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, surrounded by the beauty of nature. We enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the stunning view of the lake from our room. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. We particularly loved the food at the onsite Kinal restaurant, where we had some incredibly tasty dinners. We also appreciated the free use of kayaks, which allowed us to explore the lake. it was a wonderful experience.

The presence of noisy children at the pool, which prevented us from fully enjoying our time there.
