Perfect location - Nakajima-Koen subway next door. Helpful, English-speaking staff stored our luggage in the room. Good facilities, comfy beds, air purifier. Strong, fast wifi. Enjoyed everything and will stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a convenient location, just steps away from the Nakajima Subway Station. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of Nakajima Park covered in snow. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the subway station and park. the beautiful view from the room was definitely a highlight. the hotel staff was friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival.

It was a lot smaller than we expected, and when we requested a room change, we were told that they only had that room available. the lack of an air purifier made matters worse, as there was a lot of dust on the old carpet.

Although this hotel exceeds expectations in every way, the only minor issue is the lack of a full body massage option. this does not detract from the overall experience.
