The staff was nice and spoke English, which helped us a lot with our questions, they even helped us retrieve something we forgot in another hotel. They also decorated our room nicely since it was our romantic escape, which was a sweet gesture. The hotel was conveniently located near to a subway station, making it easy for us to visit different places around the city. we were able to walk to a shopping arcade and several restaurants, making our stay enjoyable.

The room size was too small for a couple, it felt cramped. We were surprised to find the size and facilities to be a bit different than what was advertised online - the room was the same size as a single room, not a double.

During our stay at Sarasa Hotel Shinsaibashi, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. It was just steps away from the subway entrance and the lively Dontonburi area. We had a delicious dinner overlooking the river, and the best part was that the hotel was close to two main Halal restaurants. The room, though on the small side, had everything we needed, including a deep soaking tub. The staff was helpful with sending our luggage ahead, and the hotel's laundry room and vending machines were convenient. we had a great value experience at Sarasa Hotel Shinsaibashi.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and I especially loved strolling down to the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping area. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile to decorate our room for our honeymoon, which was a lovely surprise.
