I had an unforgettable experience staying at this traditional Japanese hotel. The staff were proactive in introducing the equipment and services, and they were incredibly nice and helpful. The outdoor hot spring and the view of the sunrise were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend experiencing them! Plus, the staff were more than willing to assist with finding bus routes to sightseeing spots. I highly recommend staying here for a true traditional Japanese experience.

The sea view room with ensuite hot spring bath was amazing and spacious. Futon beds were comfortable. Onsens, both indoor and outdoor, were nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful, especially the fresh seafood. Beautiful location by the ocean.

The local cuisine was fantastic and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. the location was perfect, with easy access to several bus stops nearby. It was also nice to have complimentary toiletries provided in the rooms.

The furnishings were extremely outdated and the overall cleanliness was subpar. the staff was not very friendly or accommodating either.

I had a wonderful stay at a seaside hotel in Beppu. the room with an ocean view was great, with a corner unit and two windows. the breakfast and dinner were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the onsen, both indoors and on the rooftop. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near a park and within walking distance of markets and restaurants. It was also nice that the reception was able to accommodate an early check-in for us. Only one minor issue was that there was no family onsen and only one room key per room.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel along the beautiful seaside. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The indoor and rooftop onsens were amazing and provided a relaxing experience. The staff, consisting of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese members, were always helpful and friendly. Despite being a bit dated, the hotel provided a comfortable stay in the heart of Beppu downtown. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location and excellent services.

The Wi-Fi speed in the room was a bit slow, and the breakfast and dinner, while offering a variety of options, were just average in taste. Additionally, the supply of drinking water and towel changes in the onsen could be improved.

This place is in an amazing location, right on the shore of the sea in the center of town. The service from the staff was top-notch, they were always available and catered to my needs. The room amenities were great, especially the heating and air conditioning. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable, and the in-room safe was a nice touch. The towels were so soft and the television with am/fm alarm clock added to the comfort of my stay.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

the spacious rooms provided a lovely traditional Japanese style, and the top floor ocean view bath was absolutely amazing. the hotel is conveniently located near the sea and within walking distance to restaurants, making it easy to explore and dine out. the staff at the hotel were extremely kind and attentive, ensuring that our stay was pleasant. it was a great choice for a family vacation.
