The ski shuttle service at Setsu was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to get to and from the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed dining at the fantastic on-site restaurants and the breakfast had a good selection. our experience at Setsu Niseko was excellent and we would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, which I enjoyed. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The pillows provided in the room were uncomfortable and the wifi was weak and slow. It was difficult to get any work done during my business trip.

Discovering this elegant venue was an absolutely delightful surprise. The luxury amenities offered were absolutely exclusive with state-of-the-art facilities such as the spa and wellness centre, hot spring bath and sauna. My personal favourite was the outdoor onsen, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The shuttle bus service was always prompt and convenient, saving precious skiing time.

My only minor complaint is that the breakfast options felt slightly limited for a 5-star hotel. Additionally, I feel that the waitresses clearing tables could have been more attentive.

Spacious rooms with friendly staff. Convenient ski rental store and shuttle service. Fantastic on-site restaurants and a good selection for breakfast. Great amenities including onsen and gym. Can't wait to visit again soon!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski slopes, with regular shuttle buses to the welcome center and gondolas. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom and heated floors. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a good selection. guests can take advantage of private ski lockers and rental facilities within the hotel.
