I had such a pleasant time staying at this hotel! the staff was warm and friendly, always ready to help and offer assistance. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Rye, making it so convenient to explore the surroundings. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view that I enjoyed waking up to every morning. the spa and pool were fantastic, I found myself relaxing there multiple times a day. the bathroom was luxurious, with a big shower/spa bath. the beach access was a huge plus, as I could easily walk to the beach whenever I wanted.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. It seemed like the cleaning service missed some spots, like the wet plates and hair left on them.

i had a great time at hotel , one four nelson. the room was fantastic, with a king, sized bed and a comfortable couch. the view of the pool was amazing, and the staff were exceptional. the pool area felt like a gated tropical oasis, and the amenities were top, notch.

Traveling with our 4-year-old, we stayed at the One Four Nelson. Great staff and management accommodated our needs quickly. the location by the beach, cafes, and playground was convenient. the view, easy access to shops, parking, and tropical pool oasis made our stay amazing.

our stay in rye exceeded expectations! from the fast check-in process to the fabulous room amenities and great bistro/bar, we were thoroughly impressed. the location was ideal with easy access to the main strip, spa, and pool. the staff, especially ian, were attentive and made our stay memorable.

The bed was comfortable, lanai opened to pool deck. Building design blocked noise. Pool&hot tub looked inviting. Great location near beach. Adjoining restaurant convenient.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat due to its 2 conference rooms accommodating up to 100 delegates. It's a great location for business events on the Mornington Peninsula.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who was so helpful and welcoming. She explained everything to us and even gave us a 10% discount to use at the hotel's restaurant and bar. Our room exceeded our expectations with two king size beds, a large balcony, and a massive bathroom with a walk-in shower that had a rain shower head and a hand-held shower. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. We also loved that the hotel was right across from the beach.

The hotel also offers a spacious family room with sofas, a dining table, and chairs.

Some reviews mentioned that the beds were too soft for their liking, but this is a subjective preference.

I had a blast dodging nonexistent fire alarms in the middle of the night, feeling the love from the oh-so-present staff, and enjoying the enchanting view of the. pub.

The room faced a school and a bus stop, so there was a lot of noise from the outside that could be heard throughout the day. the room was quite bright at night with the outside light shining through the blinds which made it difficult to sleep.
