the room was spacious and had a stunning view of Yokohama city from the 22nd floor. the hotel's proximity to the Shin-Yokohama station made it convenient for exploring the city, including Chinatown. there were hot items available in the vending machines and clothes washing facilities on the bottom floor, which were quite handy. it was a great experience, and I particularly enjoyed the view from the top and the convenient location.

Great location near the railway terminal and subway, making it convenient for travel. The rooms have modern amenities and offer fabulous views, especially on the upper levels.- The hotel is part of a shopping and eating district, ensuring plenty of options for food and entertainment.

The rooms can be small and cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Some guests have reported difficulties with early check-in or getting reservations at certain restaurants.

We also loved the abundance of food and shopping options at the nearby Cubic Plaza. the breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant on the second floor was absolutely wonderful, with a great selection of dishes. the lobby was grand and impressive, and the check-in process was fast. Plus, our high-floor room offered a fantastic view of the city.

the view of Mt. Fuji from my room on the higher floor was breathtaking. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive, although some of them struggled with English. the location and view were fantastic, and the parking fee of 1000 yen per night was very reasonable compared to other places. I had a great experience and the hotel room was clean. the public hot bath was a nice bonus, and the night view from my room was amazing.

Located next to a mall with a 24hr convenience store and shops, it was very convenient. the hotel lobby was inviting with elaborate seasonal decoration. There was a great complimentary breakfast and helpful staff.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this venue. The hotel's location was ideal for me as it was directly near the train station. It was also close to many shopping complexes and attractions such as the Ramen Museum. The view from my room on a high floor was breathtaking and the amenities were top-notch. In addition, the service provided by the staff was impeccable, especially the housekeeping and car hire services.

The location was excellent, being quite near Shin-Yokohama station. It was very convenient for us to go around without the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We were able to easily travel by Shinkansen to Tokyo station. The breakfast provided was of great variety and quality. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Loved the breathtaking city views from the 40th floor restaurant. The shopping mall attached to the hotel was so convenient, I practically didn't need to leave the premises. And let's not forget about the amazing sports facilities nearby, perfect for my daily workout. Not!

I mean, who needs a skating rink, bowling alleys, and indoor tennis courts when you're on vacation, right? So disappointing.
