The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was spotless. The staff, especially Nick at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices.

courtyard by marriott hamburg city was the perfect place for our anniversary celebration. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and luxurious. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We enjoyed the complimentary amenities offered such as the breakfast buffet and the in-room furniture which made our stay comfortable. The location was also advantageous as it was close to the city center and easily accessible by foot. Another positive aspect was the staff who were hospitable and responded to all our needs promptly.

The location of the hotel wasn't the best as there were many homeless people lounging around the neighborhood which made us feel uneasy. The surrounding area was also questionable, which was a bit off-putting.

The customer service/reception is top notch - so helpful! Clean, well-designed, mid-luxury rooms with lots of light. Designer bathrooms. security. Polite and welcoming staff. Brand new building with excellent condition interiors and furniture. Central location. High cleanliness and hygiene standards.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic - modern, elegant, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice chair for relaxation. The location was convenient, close to a metro station and a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

As for breakfast options, it would be nice to have some variety. Eating the same breakfast every day for a week can get a bit dull.
