We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect as it was conveniently situated right across from the train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service from the moment we checked in. We were impressed by the spacious breakfast room on the 7th floor, offering a wide variety of delicious baked goods, eggs, sausages, and a great selection of drinks. Additionally, the hotel had several restaurants nearby that provided delicious meals, including a hip bistro in the annex tower which had lovely decor and tasty food.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

The breakfast at the Prince Hotel N Tower was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a variety of options including sausages, eggs, potato salad, cereal, and two different kinds of bagels. The business lounge provided a cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy coffee, tea, and juice throughout the day. This added convenience made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and delicious free breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the bed, although a little firm, was comfortable. The North Tower had convenient amenities like a washing machine, dryer, and vending machines. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the location right by Shinagawa station was perfect for exploring Tokyo. We loved the hustle and bustle of the area and the variety of nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

The gym facilities are not available in-house and guests have to pay to use the sports hall nearby.

The hotel complex was like its own small town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and even a bowling alley to choose from. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable.

A bigger variety and higher quality of food would have made the mornings more enjoyable. the business lounge could have been better stocked with snacks and drinks.
