I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the personalized and welcoming service made me feel at home. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were perfect. The food at both the main floor and rooftop restaurants was delicious. The hotel's location is great, just steps away from wonderful restaurants and bars, and within a short walk of everything in the area. I can't wait to come back here again!

The noise at night from outside the hotel was disruptive to sleep. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom, with frosted glass doors that didn't fully close, was uncomfortable.

The Peruvian inspired restaurant, Lola Mia, offers delicious dishes like TNT Shrimp and Pescado Frito. The rooftop bar, Numen, provides stunning views of Casco Viejo. The room is comfortable and quiet with luxurious amenities.

We especially enjoyed our wrap-around balcony for people watching. The hotel also offered reusable water bottles and a water refill station, which was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of privacy in the bathroom and noise from nearby nightclubs, we would highly recommend staying here. one of our best hotel experiences worldwide!
