The VOQUE Hotel & Serviced Residence was a delightful stay in a quiet and safe area. The staff was kind and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, with daily cleaning services. The nearby Greek and Japanese restaurants were a nice touch. The small pool on the upper floor was refreshing, but could use better maintenance. The reception area was functional but could be more inviting. a pleasant experience despite minor drawbacks.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who showed great patience, even though they struggle with English. the Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel offered a delicious hot pot soup, which was a highlight of my trip. the location of the hotel was also a positive aspect; it was in close proximity to the train line and near to the famous 'little Japan' restaurants.

I had a few negative experiences during my stay at this hotel. the management had not informed us about the maintenance of the pool, which was extremely disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying a swim.
