I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is perfect - it's in a really nice area, above a huge convenience store which was super convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. Secondly, the staff were excellent and very polite, ensuring that my family and I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with three beds and even two bathrooms. The soundproofing was really good, as we couldn't hear any noise from outside. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

Great location, just a short walk from Ginza station. The hotel is strategically located next to the main Ginza shopping street, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the area. There are also plenty of amenities nearby, such as Ginza 6, Donki, and Hana Masa 24 hr grocery. Plus, there's a must-visit Cafe de Ginza nearby. Another major plus is the airport shuttle drop off/pick up point just a few minutes away.

The room was quite small, especially for taller guests like me. The bathroom mirror was positioned too low, making it difficult to shave properly.
