From the moment I arrived, the staff radiated warmth and friendliness, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location in Ginza is perfect for exploring shopping and dining, and the reception offers fantastic amenities like bath salts and cozy pajamas. Having a Family Mart right downstairs was super convenient for late-night snacks!

The room itself was quite snug, making it tricky to maneuver with my luggage. I also noticed some hair on the bathroom floor during my stay, which didn’t meet my cleanliness expectations. Additionally, I found waiting for the elevator at peak times a bit frustrating.

Great location near Ginza shopping and dining.

During my stay, the room cleaning was disappointing, as it only occurred once every three days. Additionally, I was quite disturbed to find sewer flies in the bathroom, which made my experience less pleasant. While I appreciated the convenience of the Family Mart nearby, these hygiene issues made me feel uncomfortable.

Loved the air quality monitor in the room and the convenient store right downstairs. Also, the daily amenities at reception were a nice touch. We had a fab time with easy access to the Ginza area for shopping and exploring!
