The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was very convenient to get around the city, with easy access to public transportation options. there were plenty of restaurants and shopping places nearby, making it a great area to explore. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the facilities, which were well-maintained and appeared to be quite new.

The room was incredibly small. It was difficult to maneuver around with just two luggages on the floor, and the bed itself was quite small for two people.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Tokyo and it was perfect for my needs. The location was super convenient, with the hotel being just a few minutes' walk from Ueno JR station and the subway. Plus, it was really close to Ueno-Hirokoji station, which made getting around the city a breeze. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, and the staff provided excellent service. I also loved that the hotel was not far from the Skyliner train station, so getting to Narita airport was a breeze. a great value for money!

That the directions to the hotel could have been clearer without relying on Google maps.

The staff made a rude behavior during the check-in process, struggling to understand the pronunciation of the reviewer's name and refusing to accept their passport as identification. However, overall it felt like they were family and there was no reason to complain.
