I recently stayed at Springfield Lodge and had a wonderful experience. The hosts, Kim and Findlay, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, with excellent toiletries provided. The property itself was clean and bright, offering great views of the Wallace Monument. The location, though outside the city center, was perfect for me as it was quiet and peaceful. One highlight was the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of options. Kim even booked me a table at a nearby restaurant and gave me a discount voucher. I would definitely recommend Springfield Lodge for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

The room was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was great, surrounded by peaceful countryside and no noise from the street.

The room was not completely soundproof and the bed was a bit creaky. The heat was centrally controlled and not adjustable for individual rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue! The bedroom was nice, clean, spacious, cozy and it had a romantic view of the street. The bathroom was also very clean, comfortable and modern. We were impressed with the staff's service quality, especially the boss who cooked delicious breakfast full of accompanying dishes like the delicious mushroom. The location was amazing as it's situated at the edge of some fields with green space across the street.

This welcoming B&B is conveniently located near the town center, close to a charming pub for dinner and within reach of the impressive Castle. The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offers multiple delicious options, while the view from the dining room overlooks picturesque open pasture.

The bath towels could use an upgrade, as they were found to be small and thin by previous guests.

Enjoyed a great break at a cozy and comfortable B&B! The breakfast was fantastic and freshly prepared! We were even offered a discount voucher for the nearby restaurant/pub where we had fabulous meals! The location was very handy for our needs and we enjoyed beautiful views of the countryside from the breakfast room.

Despite a lovely stay, there were some cons to our trip. The room could have been improved with another chair for comfort.
