I stayed at Sotetsu Grand Fresa in Tokyo for a few days before heading to Kyoto. The location was perfect, right next to the train station with easy access to Shinjuku. The auto check-in/out was swift and hassle-free. Despite the small size, the room layout was well thought out and accommodated our medium/large suitcases. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage until our return. fantastic rooms, amazing location, and excellent service. Will definitely stay again when in Japan.

Location was superb, located right in front of a train station with popular fast food restaurants a stone's throw away. the room was in great condition, including the bathroom and toilet. I enjoyed the convenient taxi stand right outside the hotel.

We had to check out of our room for the first stay, and then check back in for the second stay. This inconvenience could have been avoided had we been told in advance that we could connect both stays.

Convenient location across from train station. Clean, comfortable room with separate bathroom. Variety of dining options nearby. Easy access to shopping and taxis.

the location couldn't have been more convenient for exploring nearby areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions in the vicinity to keep me entertained. the room itself exceeded my expectations in terms of size, and the massive TV was a nice touch. the attention to detail and thoughtful extras really made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The location of Sotetsu Grand Fresa was absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from the train station. It made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself was new and well-maintained, with a comfortable deluxe twin room. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which added to the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a cut above the usual Japanese business hotel fare.

I did have a small inconvenience during my stay. We had booked two continuous stays due to a change in our itinerary.

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel lobby provided a great space for our group to gather before heading out. Sotetsu Grand Fresa offered everything we needed and more, without the crowds of neighboring areas.

Fantastic location near train station, Don Quixote, grocery store, restaurants. Rooms are soundproof and beds are comfortable. Helpful staff and non-fog mirror in the bathroom. Impressed with the complimentary amenities and the powerful shower. Great spot for light sleepers.
