Clean rooms and nicely designed interiors. the hotel was well-kept and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. the location was convenient, with key amenities nearby. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff. They provided excellent customer service and were always willing to assist.

Some noise disturbances from other guests, particularly on the second floor. There were loud kids running around late at night, disrupting sleep.

The HIE in Brookshire-Katy Freeway is perfect for those on a budget. The staff, including Antionette, Aisha, Crystall, and Brittany. The manager was present during check-out and addressed our concerns about a moldy room. She offered a discount and ensured our complaints were taken seriously. The location is safe and easy to access from the freeway.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and other attractions that we were interested in. Additionally, the wifi and TV channel selection were both good.

The pool was green and unusable, and the view outside our window was a pallet dump. The room smelled like old socks, and the housekeeping only used febreeze to mask the odor. The lack of cleanliness and unsanitary conditions were unacceptable. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude when my wife's purse went missing, and someone used her credit card without reporting it. The facilities were filthy, with overflowing garbage cans and dirty floors. The only positive aspect was the comfortable bed, functioning A.C. , and decent breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues we encountered during our stay.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The staff was amiable and accommodating, allowing us to stay with our pet despite the policy. The check-in person was very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The facility itself was newer and very clean, which we appreciated. We had a good night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for what was offered. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel staff made sure that the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with extra touches like an extra couch to sit on. Thirdly, the location was great. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions to explore. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a good assortment of well-prepared food.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the interior design was tastefully done. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly to keep the room cool. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Ozelle, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly sweet and understanding, providing excellent service.
