My recent stay at the St. Regis in Osaka was fantastic. I stayed for a week for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of local restaurants and shopping streets nearby. The room itself was amazing, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptional, particularly Miss Chikako Nakabayashi, who went above and beyond to assist us during a medical emergency. The hotel's luxurious ambiance and stunning skyline views were the icing on the cake.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was unbelievable. The room was beyond amazing, from the super comfy bed to the great shower and amenities. And let's not forget the location, right in the heart of all the best restaurants and shopping streets. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Miss Chikako Nakabayashi, she even acted as our translator when we had a medical emergency. Talk about top-notch service!

Only one small suggestion for breakfast offerings, it would be nice if the freshly squeezed orange juice was included without an extra charge.

We were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. From the friendly bartender helping us choose the perfect sake, to the attentive butler and concierge team who went above and beyond to assist us with restaurant reservations and train schedules, every staff member made our stay truly enjoyable. The breathtaking views of the city at night added to the overall experience. The comfortable beds and a wide selection of pillows ensured a good night's sleep. And the buffet breakfast offered a delicious start to our days.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and main tourist areas. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the outstanding service provided by the staff.

We were disappointed with the slow service during breakfast. the a la carte items were consistently cold and took a long time to be served.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff always available to assist. the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the room service food was excellent as well.

The check, in process could be improved, as there were only two check, in desks which could result in long wait times during peak check, in/check, out times. Additionally, the breakfast restaurant could get crowded around 9am, which made it a bit difficult to find a table.

Great value for money, with spacious rooms and a stunning skyline view. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the shopping district and it's conveniently close to the subway. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome.
