My recent stay at the St. Regis in Osaka was fantastic. I stayed for a week for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of local restaurants and shopping streets nearby. The room itself was amazing, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptional, particularly Miss Chikako Nakabayashi, who went above and beyond to assist us during a medical emergency. The hotel's luxurious ambiance and stunning skyline views were the icing on the cake.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was unbelievable. The room was beyond amazing, from the super comfy bed to the great shower and amenities. And let's not forget the location, right in the heart of all the best restaurants and shopping streets. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Miss Chikako Nakabayashi, she even acted as our translator when we had a medical emergency. Talk about top-notch service!

The morning meal could have been better if they had more variety. Just a small suggestion to make it even more delightful.

From the friendly bartender helping us choose the perfect sake, to the attentive butler and concierge team who went above and beyond to assist us with restaurant reservations and train schedules, every staff member made our stay truly enjoyable. The breathtaking views of the city at night added to the overall experience. The comfortable beds and a wide selection of pillows ensured a good night's sleep. And the buffet breakfast offered a delicious start to our days.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location directly above a subway station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We were also grateful for the spacious room that easily accommodated our large suitcases. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel's parking was easily accessible. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Thoughtful gesture of a letter and restaurant recommendations. Brilliant idea of unlimited free room service. Welcoming and amazing hospitality, made everything easy. Surprised with a cute letter congratulating on wedding and honeymoon. Definitely recommend and would come back. Made the stay remarkable.

The hotel exuded luxury and cleanliness, and the skyline view from my room was breathtaking. I loved the fact that I could control everything, from the lights to the curtains, with touchscreen controls by my bedside. The butler service was also a nice touch. The hotel's location right above a subway station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel for another exceptional stay.
