The room was cozy and the check-in process was smooth. the nearby coffee kiosk was convenient for our early morning departure. the bedding and pillows were comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The night and morning staff were grumpy and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for our stay. the breakfast selection was limited, with items not being restocked promptly.

The hotel is right next door to a Subway for healthy food and easy to find off the freeway. the staff provided excellent service, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch.
