Rooms with limited storage can feel cramped!!! Lack of luggage forwarding service is inconvenient!!! The absence of strong lighting in rooms makes it tough for those with weak eyesight!!! Smell of cigarette smoke near certain areas isn't ideal!!!

No luggage delivery service!!! Planning ahead is crucial to avoid hassles. The absence of humidifiers left my skin chapped and uncomfortable!!! Hearing drums at 6am is not ideal for light sleepers!!!

It was just an optimal selection for a weekend pause in Kyoto with good value for price. The washing machine was handy during my short stay, making it easy to keep my clothes fresh. If you can, bring your own laundry detergent to avoid strong scents that may linger.

i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t, the room was incredibly noisy, and the request to move was met with extra charges, how thoughtful! also, i found it absurd to be charged for sofa bed sheets that were supposed to be included, guess we are just regular guests here. definitely not worth the cost.

absolutely mediocre experience. , noisy neighbors made it hard to relax, so much for peaceful Kyoto! and the laundry detergent was nothing short of toxic. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but guess that’s not how this hotel rolls. i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t. won't be returning anytime soon.

Great location right near major bus routes and a few minutes walk to Gion! The washing machine was super handy after several days out and about. The kitchen had just enough utensils for simple cooking and everything was super clean! 👍

my stay was made unforgettable by its proximity to maruyama park and kodai-ji, allowing for peaceful afternoon walks through beautiful landscapes just a short distance away, and having a kitchenette and washing machine also really helped me feel at home during my getaway.

super close to the bus stop. There’s an italian restaurant nearby! The bathroom had the most awesome drying function, and everything was spotless clean! 🙌

I loved having a washing machine in my room, which made it super convenient to keep my clothes clean during my four-night stay, and the drying feature in the bathroom was a lifesaver too! I took a couple of nice breaks in the outdoor seating area and enjoyed the cozy common lounge. Just a heads up, you’ll need to manage your luggage yourself since they don’t offer forwarding services, but it's totally manageable! 😊

this place is super comfy and has all ya need, like a washing machine which is a lifesaver after traveling. the bed was really snug and the room had a nice vibe. close to bus stops for easy travel too. Some cute shops around. the staff were chill and helped me out with questions about where to go. location is lit, just a short walk to gion and great eats!

Our stay was pleasant but cramped for four. The kitchenette was handy, especially with a washing machine that saved us on laundry days. Be prepared to manage your bags, as there's no luggage service. Explore nearby eateries. they are a gem!
