Stayed at a super cosy, new and conveniently located apartment that felt like a home. They even gave us a nice touch and a gift for our honeymoon. the apartment had everything we needed for a couple and was within walking distance to some main visit points. We found it really convenient with supermarkets and metro/bus stops nearby. There were also a few magnificent pottery shops in the area.

I recently stayed at Stay Sakura in Kyoto for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with two supermarkets nearby and within walking distance of Kiyomizu-dera temple and Gion shopping street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a convenient washing machine for mid-trip laundry. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was always well cleaned. Public transportation was easily accessible, with multiple bus lines and a hop-on-hop-off stop nearby. I loved the apartment-style layout of the room, complete with a small kitchen area and a laundry machine. The bathroom even had its own separate soaking tub area, reminiscent of an onsen. The small balcony was a nice bonus. it was a great stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve in Kyoto was unforgettable, and my stay in this hotel made it even more special. the room’s apartment-style layout made it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities, and the soaking tub in the bathroom was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby landmarks and dining options.

The noise from the nearby traffic was a bit disruptive, and the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at times. the check-in process at a separate location was inconvenient, and it would have been nice to have daily cleaning service.

The beds are supremely comfortable and the location is perfect for sightseeing. The apartment is also within walking distance of temples and famous landmarks.

We were able to easily explore the historic Gion district and visit the nearby Kiyomizu-dera temple. the hotel was close to both Kyoto station and the bustling Nishiki market. The room itself was comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and helpful staff. The kitchenette and washer in the room were also a great advantage, making our stay more convenient.
