The soundproofing in our room was so effective that I could have sworn we were in our own little bubble, completely shielded from the hustle and bustle outside. It was like having a magical force field around us, keeping the noise at bay and ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. Booked Shinkansen ride. New hotel. Best in Japan. Comfortable. New facilities. Nice kitchenette. Lovely room layout. Near rail line but no sound issue. Close to Okubo Station.

The staff were super helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They even stayed late to help us check in after our flight was delayed. the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our city trip. Being located close to the train station made it easy for us to navigate and explore all the sights and sounds of the city. Plus, the view from the window was amazing!

The bed was uncomfortable and didn't provide us with the best night's sleep. the room was a bit dark and could have used a bit more lighting.
