The hot springs were quite relaxing and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. Additionally, the location was pretty convenient to get around and the staff were polite and courteous.

Our New Year's Eve dinner left much to be desired. The food tasted bland and overcooked, which was quite disappointing considering the high price we paid. Additionally, the room we stayed in was quite cramped and uncomfortable, which wasn't ideal for the duration of our stay.

We had a great time at this hotel. the amenities were luxurious and we felt very pampered. the private facilities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable and we were treated like royalty. the garden area was lovely and provided a quiet oasis in the bustling city. the location was central and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The only negative aspect was the bar/lounge area. It was a bit small and lacked ambiance.
