Stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. The comfiest pillows and beds in Japan, a wide selection to choose from. Spa water to drink and bathe in. Well-furbished rooms with lots of plug sockets and a charging station. Sweet and helpful staff, well-dressed and anticipating guests' needs. Easy wifi access and a unique door unlocking system. Multilingual iPad program explains hotel features. Great location near Tokyo station.

Absolutely nothing.

We stayed in a hotel very near the main Tokyo station, which made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and modern, and the public hot bath was a nice touch. The bunk bed was surprisingly spacious, but the double bed was even bigger. The staff was polite and friendly, and the hotel was steps away from the airport bus terminal.

The breakfast was not up to par with what we expected. it was a decent hotel for a quick stay, but there were some aspects that needed improvement.

This hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Tokyo station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful and provided us with useful information about Tokyo even though we couldn't speak Japanese. The rooms were small yet comfortable, typical for Japan, with all the basic amenities you need. The breakfast offered a good selection of tasty Japanese dishes to start the day.

English road signs in the touristy area around the hotel could be improved.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from Tokyo Station and with easy access to shops and the airport limousine bus terminal. I also appreciated the variety of pillows to choose from. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is just opposite Tokyo station and located in a not too busy area close to Akihabra and Ueno. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they even offered extra pillows and toiletries for free. The onsen area is clean and surprisingly nice, with heated toilet seats and bidets.

All was great, no complaints.

The staff at the front desk were excellent, particularly Ms. Momoko. They went above and beyond to help us when we had a mix-up with our luggage. Ms. Momoko even contacted the airport on our behalf and arranged for the other passenger to come and exchange our luggage. It was a huge relief and we are very grateful for their assistance. Another aspect that we loved about this hotel was its convenient central location. It was so easy to get to from the airport and it made exploring Tokyo a breeze. We were able to walk to many popular attractions such as Ginza and the Imperial Palace. Plus, the facilities at the hotel were excellent. They had everything we needed and more.

One thing we disliked about our stay was the strict check-in time of 3pm. We were coming in on a long-haul flight and it would have been nice to have the option to check in earlier and freshen up.

The value for money at Super Hotel was excellent, considering the location and level of service. The room, although small, was clean and well-maintained. The staff treated me with warmth and kindness, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location near Tokyo Station was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city.

Excellent location, close to Tokyo Station and the Tokyo Metro line. Shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Small but comfortable room with fast internet, cold AC, and clean bathroom. Enjoyed the onsen every evening. Highly recommended. 👍

Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff, extensive breakfast buffet, wonderful public bath, clean and well-organized rooms, great value for money, thoughtful room and bathroom facilities - loved the Yukada robes!
