My partner and I stayed at Fairmont for a weekend getaway. The breakfast spread was delightful and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The personal touches from the staff made our stay even more memorable. Valet parking was effortless and the little chocolate square during the roll down service was a nice touch. We also appreciated the welcome pack of fruit and water, as well as the nightly water replacement. The spacious room and beautiful bathroom were perfect for relaxation, and the hotel bikes allowed us to explore the lake promenade.

I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived at this historical palace. The extravagant reception and breathtaking lake view from my room were truly memorable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Montreal Jazz venues. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the amenities, including the spa and restaurant, were outstanding.

Located right in front of the lake, this historical palace offers breathtaking views and easy access to the Queen events. The room I stayed in had large windows overlooking the lake, allowing me to wake up to stunning views every morning. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The facilities, such as the spa and swimming pool, were clean and inviting, providing a relaxing experience.

The room I stayed in lacked proper decoration and comfort, making it feel somewhat underwhelming.

We were lucky to get one of the best rooms just in front of the magnificent lake. The views were breathtaking, especially from our spacious balcony. The hotel facilities were outstanding, particularly the beautiful spa. The staff went above and beyond, providing complimentary upgrades, turndown service with water and chocolates, and even a surprise birthday cake. The hotel's location on the road opposite the lake was optimal, especially for attending the nearby jazz festival. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient valet parking and was easily accessible from the Montreux Gare train station.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a room on the 6th floor with a fabulous view of the lake and mountains. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax, and the gym was amazing. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the lake. The service was exceptional, and we have no regrets about choosing this hotel.

As party people, we absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere and top-notch facilities at this fabulous hotel. The two pools, great gym, and fabulous spa were perfect for unwinding and indulging ourselves. The staff, especially the concierge desk team, were exceptional and effortlessly took care of all our wishes. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the last two days of the Montreux Jazz festival, which was a real treat. The hotel even went above and beyond by preparing the room with kids' stuff when we informed them at the last minute. It was a pleasant surprise that made our stay even more enjoyable. The building was stunning, the bedroom corridors and doors on the 3rd floor were beautifully decorated, and the hotel's restaurants and bars were excellent.

Luxurious rooms with stunning lake and Alpine views. Friendly and efficient staff, including the manager Katja Marshall. Excellent breakfast and food options. Two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, plus a sauna and hamam. Convenient location near the train station for exploring nearby towns.

We stayed at Fairmont for our wedding anniversary and it was a perfect weekend escape. The spacious room with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake and the large bathroom with a bathtub and shower were impressive. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, from the full room amenities to the exceptionally clean bedding. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The indoor and outdoor pools were a great addition, and the Montreux Jazz cafe provided excellent service. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we didn't want to leave.

We recently had a fantastic weekend stay at a 5-star hotel in Montreux. The hotel's location was perfect, right across the street from the beautiful Lakeside Promenade. We enjoyed stunning views of the lake and took advantage of the opportunity to go for a nice walk or run along the promenade. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that we didn't quite like about our stay. there was a shortage of shower gel, with only one small bottle provided for two adults, so we had to share it.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They provided free public transportation cards, which saved us money on train tickets to nearby attractions. The breakfast included in our package was top-notch, with a chef catering to our every need. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the gardens, lake, and mountains.

The attention to detail by the hotel staff was poor. Room service was unreliable, with no follow-up when we couldn't get through directly.

To celebrate our wedding anniversary, my husband and I stayed at Fairmont for a beautiful weekend escape. The staff was kind, the food delicious, and the Terrace restaurant offered exceptional kids' meals. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes from the station, with a bus stop right outside. The breakfast buffet had extensive choices and the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. The building was stunning and our lake view room upgrade was worth it. We didn't want to leave and wish we could've stayed longer.
