I had a fantastic stay at Super Hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Namba Station and Dotonbori. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier. the amenities were great, especially the included breakfast and coin laundry. the rooms were quiet and I had a comfortable sleep. Checking out was a breeze.

Great location near Kuromon Market, subway station within 5 minutes walk. Bigger rooms than usual in Japan. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Friendly staff, especially Ms. Nakamura who gave a warm welcome.

The location was perfect, just across from Kuromon market and a short walk to all the major shopping streets. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Upon check-in, they even provided us with toiletries packed in little sachets. I also appreciated the added security of having a 6-digit password to access my room. my experience here was seamless and I would definitely stay here again.

It's also conveniently opposite the bustling Kuromon market, where you can enjoy local street food. The rooms might be small, but they offer customizable pillows for a comfortable sleep. The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, even waiting for a late check-in at 4 am. The breakfast is freshly cooked with changing daily menus, and they even offer a welcoming drink. you get great value for your money.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. The hotel is situated opposite the bustling Kuromon market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. Additionally, being close to downtown and near the Nipponbashi subway station, we had no trouble getting around the city.

The complimentary green tea packs and razors were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, very central and close to many attractions. the filtered tap water was a beneficial perk.

The pillows were uncomfortable and it was difficult to get a softer one. the elevator was often crowded and slow, and we had to wait a long time to get to breakfast.

Being opposite to the popular Kuromon market adds to its appeal. The breakfast offered a good selection of Japanese and Western choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Super Hotel Namba Nipponbashi is conveniently located near Nipponbashi metro and Namba, making it perfect for solo travelers like us. We loved being just a short walk away from the super touristy Kuromon market. Additionally, the hotel was walkable to Namba Nanaki station, which was convenient for catching our train to the airport. The friendly and polite staff, especially the guy who waited for us to do a late check-in at 4am, made our stay stress-free. The hotel also provided many freebies and amenities, such as skin care and hair treatments, which added to our overall experience. Plus, being able to leave our luggage after check out allowed us to explore Osaka without the hassle of carrying our bags. we would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, courteous staff, and convenient amenities.

The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from nipponbashi station. the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even found my forgotten Apple Pencil after check-out! the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could choose from a variety of pillows. the breakfast included was a great bonus, and having a Lawson shop right next to the hotel was so convenient. We would definitely stay at Super Hotel again!
