Had a great time with friends here! The location is a big plus, just a short stroll from the town center and near adventure areas like Coronet Peak. The room was spacious, and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the stunning views while exploring nearby attractions. Definitely recommend checking out the local arts center while you're here!

Our room was spacious with stunning lake views, making it a perfect spot to relax after a night out. The staff were remarkably friendly and helpful, which enhanced our overall experience.

Comfortable beds provided a relaxing experience and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions! Views were stunning, allowing for picturesque moments throughout our stay.

The room was not adequately cleaned, and service deficiencies left us frustrated. A lack of timely resolution for maintenance issues really dampened our experience.

The shower pressure was inconsistent at times, and we even experienced a scalding hot water issue during our showers.

the views from my room were absolutley breath taking, like wow! the staff were super chill and helped us figure out some stuff we needed. the location was perfect, just a quick walk to explore the town. the bed was mad comfy too, slept like a baby! loved that we could easily rent a car in the basement garage, def made things easier.

but the showers had way too much pressure and it was messy with the curtain always getting in the way. also, the lifts felt really old and kinda sketchy.

Spacious room, attentive staff, combined with lovely lake views and an excellent breakfast selection, made our stay truly enjoyable, while the convenience of nearby electric vehicle charging stations added to our overall experience.

While the amenities were generally good, there were minor maintenance issues that took longer to resolve than expected.

The resort is just a short stroll from the town center and close to Queenstown's key attractions, making it convenient for family adventures. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views while relaxing at the spa after a day of exploring with my cousin.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.
