The view of the lake and mountain from my comfortable room was breathtaking. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from town. I also appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities and in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the room was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. It had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this place and were upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake. The staff at the front counter were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. On our first night, we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, especially for the two-course dinner.

This hotel provides a convenient location for those who enjoy walking to town and gardens. The beds are comfy and the view of the lake is impressive, especially on the ground floor where you could stretch on the grass. Moreover, the reception offered us a complimentary drink voucher which was an excellent gesture.

The hotel lacks modern facilities such as air conditioning and charges extra for parking in the underground car park.

The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently situated near the town center and offered easy access to various attractions. Additionally, having a covered and secured car park was a great convenience.

One issue that I encountered during my stay was the bathroom. It steamed up and condensated quite badly, leaving the area wet for a long time.

As young travelers, we loved the location of the hotel, just a short stroll into town. The two private spas were awesome for relaxing after a busy day out in the cold. Our room had lovely views of the lake and Gondola, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast included a range of options and the staff were very accommodating with dietary requirements. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

The only issue we had was that the hotel did not meet our expectations. We were looking for a more free-spirited experience since we had our own car, but the presence of tour buses in front of the hotel was a disappointment.

Incredible views of the lake and mountains from the comfort of my spacious corner room. The separate living area and bedroom were both equipped with TVs, dressers and comfy furniture. The balcony was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the scenery. Although the property is large and can be confusing to navigate, the extra effort was worth it to experience such a breathtaking location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the clean and comfortable room, the friendly and helpful staff, and the breathtaking view from our room. The hotel facilities were also great, including the spa pool in our room. The location was convenient, with easy access to the ski fields and the city center.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery on display. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful directions and recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The fact that the hotel offered onsite parking was a convenient bonus, making it easy to explore the city without worrying about finding a parking spot.

There were a few disappointing aspects during my stay. The room itself was outdated and in need of some refreshing.

During my Thanksgiving stay, the complementary breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel had a great location as it was close to the town center and had a beautiful view from the room. One other advantage was the availability of a spa.

The hotel desperately needs renovation as the carpets and paint are outdated. The elevators are old and the spa/pool area is in dire need of renovation as well.
