We had a fantastic stay at this place. the location is superb, being right next to the train station, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Odawara castle. the service provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the room amenities were top-notch with great heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The leisure facilities like the spa and hot spring bath added a touch of luxury to our stay, allowing us to unwind and relax. Cons: Highly recommend this hotel to families.

Staff friendly and helpful, near shopping and dining options. Room clean with a usable HDMI port for laptop watching. Convenient for visiting Hakone.

We stayed at a hotel close to the train station, which was super convenient. It was just next to the station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered stunning panoramic views of the city. It was a great experience!

We did notice that the private onsen was a bit small and nothing special.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with a good mix of Japanese and Western offerings. I really enjoyed trying the raw food and rice dishes. the hotel's location was perfect, very close to the train station and with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the onsen was lovely, especially the vapor sauna, and the hot spring water from the nearby Hakone area was a nice touch.

The hot spring was highly chlorinated and had a strong bleach smell, which was not very pleasant. the private onsen was quite small and nothing special.
